Things change, people change, the world changes, but what I was raised to be will never change. True, with time you come to accept the odds of your society, but deep down you know that it is wrong.

I have been seeing a lot of people around me who have been losing their identity. They would react in a certain way that you never thought they would. The wrongs of the past have turned into "It's OK", a lot do not stick to their values anymore. I have seen and heard of a lot of people who took the wrong road and eventually failed in different aspects of life. They either get hurt or hurt someone else.

Some would change their beliefs to fit into a new group of people they want to impress. Others to reach a certain goal in life.  Some friends effects would change your values without you realizing what exactly going on. Others have lost faith and surrendered to the reality of life.

Change does not always have to be to the worse, change can be to the best. Nobody is perfect. But it is not late to go back to your true self. Surround yourself with companions who will be there for you and stand by your side through your journey of life. Stick to your faith. And always remember, those who are always true to themselves will be rewarded.
